Dunkin' - Cumberland

Added 6 sugars to a ice coffee when I asked for 4 skim milk.... Pay attention and learn listening skills. Poor management again... Update they are now temporary closed. Maybe they will clean the place....

I placed a mobile order and requested my coffee to be made with extra ice. When I arrived at the window, my coffee was dark with little to no ice. I politely asked the attendant if he could remake my coffee as I ordered. Unfortunately, he just threw his hand up dismissively and walked away while I was trying to explain the situation. When he returned with my drink, it wasn't remade at all; he simply added a lot of cream, but no ice, as if I wouldn't notice. Having previously worked in a coffee shop, it was clear he was annoyed and didn’t seem willing to do his job properly. In the end, I had to accept a subpar coffee and leave in a hurry since I was running late for work. The customer service was terrible. I recommend avoiding this Dunkin and choosing a different location if you don’t want to waste your time or money.

Great staff! They are kind ,they make sure your order is correct always. Drinks are alwayssss on point!

Amazing service, friendly staff, and the same great coffee that we all know and love.

The morning staff are fantastic, but the closing team is rude and seems to lack proper training.
