It was certainly very good - $5.99 for over-easy eggs, 2 strips of bacon, sour dough toast, and a mound of chunky-style hash browns. Nothing special, but great value for your basic breakfast. We had seen the signs previously, but the special doesn't appear to be advertised. We had to ask. The surroundings are certainly beautiful, as our table was under glass, looking out on the golf course and Tap-ins putting course. We certainly plan to return, and recommend Legends Bistro.
I go to legends quite often to eat. usually it's with my family, but I do bring my friends a lot too. the staff is so friendly there and the food is always awesome. one thing you should know, it's not regular pub food. there is unique food on the menu that is so good!! like the california chicken sandwich is a must. there's a pretty view of the golf course and trees all around; Cultus is a beautiful area and it's great that they are located there. I just wanted to let the people at legends know that I appreciate their restaurant.
Great Sunday brunch in a nice setting over looking the golf course. Large portions and well prices. Very good service.
We were staying at Cultus Lake Campground and asked where we could find a good restaurant and were told to try Legends Bistro. When we went in there was some noise. We checked out the menu and ordered our meals. When the food was served it didn't look to bad! But when we tasted it this was a different story. I had ordered a Hamburger & Fries the hamburger looked impressive but when I tasted it it was total blan it had no flavour at all. Another meal had what was supposted to be beef gravey it tasted like chicken stuffing Gross. All in all the food didn't taste like we were expecting. Needles to say we were not impressed with this meal. The service was OK but who can eat that. Will not be back again.
So date night with the wife and we decide to try out Legends having heard good reviews from friends and colleagues.. We arrive and we're told to seat ourselves but it would be 20 mins to take our order. We agreed and 30 mins later we finally get to order. Dry wings to start ( which were good) and the wife ordered the special Barbecue Chicken with garlic mashed and corn. I ordered the Fish and Chips. Well out comes our meal and remember hers was the special so it should be ready to serve... well the chicken and potatoes were cold. So of it goes back to be nuked... grossssss and it comes back and the chicken was still cold. So I ask for the manager, well she has gone for the day. So I tell the waitress that we would like another dinner brought. So they take away the full plate of food, potatoes corn and cold chicken. Meanwhile I am done my meal which was mediocre at best, not even a slice of lemon with the fish. At they bring out a piece of chicken with no potatoes or corn???? So at that point my wife says nope bring the bill we are done. The waitress was so gracious when she explained she wasn't charging us for the wife's meal and took 50% of my meal but not the whole bill...
