Steak 'n Shake - Cullowhee

First, I ordered a bacon steak burger with no ketchup, lettuce, tomato, and Cajun sauce, along with a large fry. However, the burger came with all the toppings I requested to be omitted and a thin patty, along with a small fry. Next, I ordered a regular cheese steak burger with no ketchup and extra pickles, along with a side of cheese fries. The burger had no pickles, a thin patty, and came with a regular fry instead of cheese fries. Overall, I was disappointed with the mistakes made during my meal at Steak 'n Shake. It was a lesson learned about the challenges of dining on campus.

Half of the time, they fail to mention that they have run out of bread.

I have never had a good experience at this restaurant.

The food is good, but it's desperately understaffed. Orders take a while, and are wrong somewhat frequently. Also ran by the campus' food provider Aramark, which means ordering food is a hassle, and the menu is limited.

Did not like my first visit for 3 ppl to eat there costed 30.00 and that is way to much I will not go back again and the food was not that good
