Waffle House - Cullman

I never expected that dining at a Waffle House would become my favorite dining experience. My two daughters were heading to a local military challenge camp for three weeks, so this would be their last meal before they only had 2 minutes to eat each meal. On the day we dropped them off, they requested Waffle House for breakfast. The food was delicious, as expected at Waffle House, but the service was outstanding. Our waitress, Julia, and another waitress, Megan, went above and beyond to ensure that this would be a memorable day for my daughters and me. Midway through our meal, Megan quietly informed my daughters that she had added extra money to the jukebox so they could enjoy some music while we ate. After hearing that I was going to miss them while they were away at camp, they gifted us with Waffle House hats and took a photo with us. This not only made for a wonderful experience but also a very memorable Father's Day. As we left, my girls told me that this would be one of their core memories. This meant a lot coming from them, considering all the activities we do as a family. I cannot express enough gratitude to those two waitresses for turning a challenging day into a memory that my daughters and I will cherish forever.

The staff was exceptional. I believe the manager's name was Kristen. A server named Princess Emma was not only funny but also provided outstanding customer service. Although I didn't catch the cook's name, the food at this Waffle House was the best we've ever had! This new location will be the only Waffle House we visit from now on.
