Subway - Cullman

Went to the drive-thru ordered my food. I was the only one there a lady came in after I ordered i was at the window. I seen my sandwich laying on the counter and I had to wait for them to make all of her food plus her pay before I even got to pay or get my food just because I’m in the drive-thru doesnt mean I should have to wait for everyone inside Service: Take out

We got there 15 minutes until they closed but people were still there and eating. We ordered all went good. My daughter went to the bathroom before we left, I sat the bag of food my purse and umbrella on the table waiting. A lady yelled mam we are closing and you can not eat here!! I said I was waiting for my daughter phone in hand food still in bag, she said it 3 times. When we left I looked it was still 5 mins before closing and they locked the door behind us. Rude

If I could leave no stars I would. My cold cut combo only had baloney and no other meats. But I know first hand it's was made wrong! The lettuce was brown and disgusting! She was very rude when it was brought to her attention and I wish I could get mymoney back! I spent 18.00 and I'll never come back ever again!

I was blown away with the drive thru option. Don't have this at my local Subway in Gardendale, Alabama. Staff was friendly and talkitive. Got in and out quickly. We did take out.
