Management speaks to employees like dirt, refuses refund order

Extremely rude woman who took my order. Was rude from the start. Gave me 4 oz of coffee and refused to fill it up to the 12 oz I paid for. I am so annoyed. Will never return. I used to come here regularly. Not anymore.

Still all about the service being subpar. I just can't understand the continuing problems with staff. Why do some establishments get it so right and they just continue to rotate in and out staff that never quite seem to be properly trained or in the right positions? Not trying to be harsh ,love Jacks but this store really has been underperforming for some time now.
