Przekaż informację zwrotnąWhat a joke. Ordered online at 9:15pm. This Chipotle is *supposed* to close at 10pm. I get called 5 minutes later telling me that they can?t finish my order because of ?staffing issues?, and that they ?had to close?. They also ?didn?t have any food?. I asked them to refund my money immediately and they told me ?the computer won?t let me do that?. I was told to call some corporate Chipotle number to get my money back. So tonight I paid for a meal that they refused to make for me and also refused to refund my money. Where I come from, this is known as ?theft?. Rest assured I will be calling Chipotle corporate about this.
Today for lunch at 11:00 am food was cold, with absolutely no taste !!! Paid $33.30 for two bowls and two small drinks !!! Food was disgusting, not worthy for human consumption !!! Never again !!!
Update. My online order was prepared just the way I wanted it. Great Customer service friendly professional staff. Updated Review: Things have surely changed since my initial review. I don?t know who?s managing this location now but it has really gone down hill since the beginning of their opening in Cullman. From the customer service to the quality of the food. Almost every visit now I?m having to ask for fresh meat or other ingredients bc the food pans are either empty or have been dried out from sitting for quite some time. Each time the staff acts as though they have an issue with honoring my request bc they do it with an attitude. It?s like most the employees the younger ones in particularly, expect to get a paid to do absolutely nothing and that?s not how a job works. Management needs to step it up and get things back to how it use to be a couple of years ago because they won?t last long in the area if that type of behavior continues.
Never again! 4 bowls cost $66?!? And the food was bland. It's just Moe's with a different name. And I can't stand Moe's! Highly do not recommend!
Best chipotle I?ve ever been to to be honest. Staff was friendly and service was great. Some chipotle?s suck?not this one.
