Burger King - Cullman

Food was good and hot. But the floor and tables were dirty. Top of ice machine was left off and leaning against the wall.

Incompetent employees. You got a job. This is the assembly of foods as described on a screen. I don't understand why they can't work right there. It's ridiculous and unacceptable. If I don't do my job right, I'll be fired. Management doesn't seem important. And that's just unacceptable.

Service is friendly and fast. They missed Fritten on one of my orders and a young man named Skylar went beyond and beyond to get the missing Fritten. Thanks Skylar!

I ordered an egg cheese croissant, sandwich was cool. They asked them to warm up in the microwave. Customer service was great.

Usually we get a great service at this point, but today we have canceled our order when we wait to pay when we have noticed that many crew members have even noticed cooking and preparing food without masks. We have family members with a lot of health problems and we are concerned. The manager came into the window without a mask as we canceled our order. Although she was very polite, she only seemed to bump from the open. I love Burger King (especially the IMPOSSSIBLE WHOPPER) and rarely leave negative reviews, but I want people to be safe during this time.
