Italianni's - CULIACÁN ROSALES

For the last time I unsuccesfully tried it, I specifically asked, if the cook does not know the meaning of "al dente", let me know. Please ask him not to break the pasta. They did it all wrong, opening a Kraft Mac and cheese would have been a better experience. Management seems to be absent and waiters do not solve neither take responsibility.My companion at least enjoyed her salad. I was fully charged even when everybody noticed I sent back my dish.

I visit Culiacan city for one day, due to a flight layover. Dryving the city I see a big Plazaa with restaurant's, immediately I did a search on tripadvisor and the result came good so I go in. The price is really high, food is bad, service is worse. Here is the whole storry; we go in and a waiter took us around the place looking for a table? Me and the wife were looking at each other like whattt! Finally they get us a table and we order. I got a limonade, that had so much sugar on it. If I was a fly it would be perfect, but I'm not! We ordered the Classic Pizza and the house salad! The salad had been submerged in vinegar straight from the bottle. The Pizza tasted like raw cheese. We left all the salad but as if it was not enough they never replaced the plate for the salad so we had to eat in the same one. I guess I could have called the manager but I dint want to eat pizza with spit all over. Unless you want to be treated like trash don't go here. I honestly think that street tacos woul have made me happier.

Italianni's is in a shopping mall, windows overlooking the parking lot. Inside decor is very nice. We went for lunch, and both ordered the salmon with lemon sauce This turned out to be the best salmon dish I have ever eaten. Service was slow, but food was fresh and nicely served. The waiter was almost non-existant (watching a game on TV, I had to call out to get his attention.) He was more attentive to a group of fellows at the next table who were drinking their lunch. The price was very reasonable, even by Mexican standards.

Not too good service but excelent food. Good for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Great location. You might share because plates are big.

This is a national chain of pasta restaurants. Ok if you need a cool place away from the burning sun. Drink iced sangria and a light pasta. Taste the profiteroles for dessert but don't expect much.
