La Bella Tavola - Cuero

After talking about Italian food today, my husband, a product from an Italian mother, brought me to this small restaurant in Cuero. La Bella Tabola was perfect! The owner was so gracious that she had apologized not to speak English so well, but her waiting staff ran late and she ran everything alone. She did excellent and our meal was served in record time for our joy. We had spaghetti and sauce with meatballs and me with Italian sausage. Yum and then Dessert oh my! This is definitely a great place to eat.

A cozy environment for a nice meal! Great service. My only comment is that I felt that the Tiramisu had too much espresso, it was quite wet, but that's just preference. Nevertheless, I ate everything, the taste was still excellent!

Fucking pizza! Large pizza is 18" (the one in the picture), and small 14". Tomato sauce is really good, as well as cheese. Restaurant is pleasant to have a nice meal, good portions. You pay at the reception after dinner. Big pizza is 13.99, and every topping is 1.99.

I was skeptical for Italian cuisine is South Texas. I didn't have a court here that's not great. The pictures baked Tortellini in pink sauce. One of my favorites. Great pizza and great service.
