My favorite place in this visit to Cuenca! Everything is spectacular, fresh and the presentations are unmatched. We ask for entry the corvettes, they are impermissible. We tested the ceviche, the salted shrimp, the pork sandwich, and the charki. We tried the two desserts of the day and we were delighted! Imperdible to taste the purple chicha :
