La Cantina In Collina

We had the pleasure to enjoy a dinner with you unfortunately we did not make it a second time. The food was extraordinary and the hosts extremely friendly. Thank you very much!

We had dinner with friends at the restaurant and it was an excellent choice. It's rare to have all the food with the right equilibrium of flavors! not loaded with too much oil or cream and presented creatively on the plate. We had, as appetizer, a souffle with a tested cheese cream, vegetable patty with cream sauce, a typical monferrato salame and a delicious beef tartare . The first course was a three portions of tagliatelle with cacao and goat cheese, tagliolini with mandarine zest and gnocchi of beets with gorgonzola. The desserts were amazing! we tasted five kinds of delicious creations... For sure we will come back !

Actually staying in Lu while visiting mi cugini in Cuccaro. we didn't want to drive back to Lu for lunch so cousins suggested La Cantina. A small restaurant in an agritourismo. Had the black truffle tagliatelle for lunch. very tasty. all the selections looked very good. staff was attentive. no English, but they understood my poor Italian. the view of the foot hills was superb. We'd love to live here for part of the year.

Hospitable with a beautiful view, good local cuisine, with fantasy in the appetizers and concrete in the other courses

The stars deserve them all. service, courtesy and quality of food. great location for departure from any hilly excursions, in a magnificent territory.
