Quick clarification: I did not expect them to record the English language, and their inability to do this is not the reason for my review. I found our hostess to be very nice, but our server obviously had no desire to serve us. I assure them that we are not fluent in Spanish, but have enough vocabulary to order food and drinks. but immediately it became clear that the server was not interested and he told us that the five items we ordered (both eating and drinking) were not available. Is it possible that was really the case? I suppose. but this is a great distance and, based on its attitude, I am confident not really the case. another note: ai have visited some of the most beautiful restaurants and bars in Mexico City and I found the prices here at least 30% higher than everywhere.

The place is perfect for playing and was friends. if they like hamburgers, they have to try, they will love it. ps do not care about the calorie.

We went here to celebrate my son 's birthday as he absolutely loves hamburgers and we wanted to go somewhere special . The managers were super accommodating, they arranged a table at the back of the restaurant, close to the burgerlab which was amazing as my son...got to see how his food was prepared. We tried every hamburger: Novato (your normal, cheeseburger ; Enojada (which translates to upset , which was chicken with spicy sauce and absolutely delicious but hot; Porkbelly (which was a bit like a brisket but made out of pork . We also tried the entrees and they were delicious! One of the best things was dessert! We tried the lemon pie crumble. WOW! I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

The burger was pretty good. The service was slow. I made my own burger as I wanted to make sure it didn't have any lettuce. Burger was good, fries were great. I was greeted nicely in English and seated promptly. However than I waited 15...minutes after I got my drink to order even though I was the only one there. Prices were good.
