La Burguesa - Cuauhtémoc

Burgers are really good at this restaurant. I’ve tried a few of the burgers on the menu and all were good but my favorites are the Blue Burger and the Tio Sam. They have two size option so you can try two burgers in a small size. Not a big fan of their fries the shoestring fries especially are a bit bland.

Really good burgers! The Azul burger had well balanced flavours and the vegetables burger was great!

Si tienes antojo de hamburguesa, este es el lugar perfecto. No sirven cualquier hamburguesa, sino unas muy gourmet. Mis favoritas son la azul, con carne de cordero, tocino, rúgula y queso azul, o la combinada con tocino, queso y ratatouille de berenjena. Su agua de jitomate con albahaca es deliciosa, pero también ofrecen cervezas artesanales como la Baja Red. Puedes acompañar tu hamburguesa con chips de camote, papas fritas o pepinos con romero y yogurt. De postre, no te pierdas el helado de gansito, un pastelito choco cremoso muy popular en México. El ambiente es casual y joven.

Probé el especial, una hamburguesa con chicharrón de la ramos. El famoso chicharrón de Monterrey. Es una hamburguesa aceptable. El pan podría ser menos duro y cambiaría la experiencia. El mezcal es muy bueno, pero la cantidad se me hizo pequeña. Recomiendo el lugar.
