Wendy's - Crystal Lake

The hot fries burger was served cold and messy. The nuggets were also dry. Wendy's, please improve your quality.

This Wendy's drive-through is located 30 minutes away. It is staffed by lazy 12-year-olds and managed by an 18-year-old who struggles to get them to work. I suggest visiting a different Wendy's location instead.

The employee who was taking orders in the drive-thru seemed to be either extremely slow or completely out of it. Based on his appearance at the window, it was clear that he was under the influence of something.

The workers stress the customers out by having no clue or directiction as to what they are suppose to be doing. The cashier guy is wearing his mask under his nose need to be more professional and learn how to manage working in a high stress job.

Was served by maya and julian, was the best! I had everything I wanted and was super fast. great personal, always attentive and friendly always come here when feeding for a snack
