Starbucks - Crystal Lake

Came here after my daughter and her friend finished a summer class as a treat. Place was clean. We were greeted promptly. Was able to find a spot to sit outside and people watch while the girls chatted. I would come back when in the downtown area. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It's a Starbucks.... consistent. This location: Pros: Downtown CL location, plentiful outdoor seating. Cons: Dirty bathrooms, Harried service, parking can be a problem.

The coffee is always great at this location and you get the sense people like working there. Great place Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I accidentally spilled my drink, but the staff at this restaurant were extremely kind and accommodating. They quickly made a new drink for my friend and cleaned up the mess without any hesitation. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect score of 5 out of 5.

The food and service at this restaurant have been excellent. However, I was disappointed today when I tried to quickly use the bathroom and found that the doors now have keypad locks on them, making it difficult for customers. This decision may cause some customers to lose interest in this location. There are other Starbucks and high-quality coffee options nearby that are more accessible. I hope they reconsider this policy and make their bathrooms more easily accessible in the future.
