Potbelly - Crystal Lake

Potbelly has the best tasting food easy order process and the order is always awaiting my arrival for pickup. Love this place “Crystal Lake, IL Location” You guys are the BEST!!!Parking: Always plenty of parking! Easy in, Quick and easy out!

If you work in a service industry you should probably be polite and respectful. Found one worker with red shirt and backwards hat extremely rude also on his phone and gotten order wrong.

This store is not a good one. Today I placed an on line order, and they quoted an 1 hour wait time. Only 3 employees, not a large line but no ability to accommodate producing a sandwich for nearly 90 minutes. With a post 2 PM promise time, and a 3 PM close time for the store, I have zero confidence in this place.Online tools do not provide the ability to cancel or change the order, and the store staff have no ability to cancel or refund the transaction without a 2 to 5 day wait period.The manager did a good job staying calm in the face of my irritability but she needs to find a new key phrase. The fifth time hearing I 'm sorry you feel that way but, I can 't help you does nothing to deescalate the situation.I doubt very much that they will actually process that refund.

I love this place! Sandwiches are always consistently tasty and the soups are also very good.

I love Potbelly, it is my favorite place to get a sandwich. But this particular one in Crystal Lake is absolutely terrible when it comes to delivery. Four times in a row there’s been an issue. They couldn’t accept my payment (even though my card wasn’t expired and I had sufficient funds). They delivered late twice, and marked my food as delivered when it never showed up. It’s frustrating when a place you love just can’t do simple things right and make things complicated…
