Mcdonald's - Crystal Lake

Mcdonalds loves to order to screw up. three times to get a simple meal right. it happens every time and they want more money per hour and they can't get order right

I wait for 2lg coffee and I stood there waiting, and there stood a girl standing talking and I asked about my coffee and what I got was I know I'm not yet there.(it's coffee no turkey dinner). She wasn't very nice.

I only ordered 1 meal and had to drag to a place to wait. it never fails. be in a hurry, they will hurry at the end to wait!

Ordered my food and they did not send any condiments. No ketchup or nothing. Had to eat my hamburgers and fries dried.

The food at this restaurant is good, but the service is slow because all of the staff are busy working at McDonald's. They should consider hiring more employees to improve the service.
