Ihop - Crystal Lake

I visited this restaurant on a Sunday and noticed that they were quite short-staffed. However, the team worked exceptionally hard to provide good service. I had a delicious meal, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. If they’re facing staffing issues, they should consider offering better pay! I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty the IHOP burger was.

My friends and I were really looking forward to enjoying some pancakes and hash browns at 11 o’clock (they sounded so delicious!). So, we decided to drive for 15 minutes, only to find a sign that said they were open from 6 to 9:30. The website claimed they were open 24 hours, which is what we remembered. We were pretty disappointed. We didn’t have much choice and ended up going to a donut shop instead (which was fine, but it just wasn’t the same as IHOP pancakes). We’ll forgive them eventually, but they really need to update their hours online. It would save us all the trouble and gas money! xoxo Love.

The best cold brew I've ever had in Illinois! It was absolutely delicious. I really love IHOP's collaboration with the touches.

The waitress was very stressed out from some reason and pretended we had harassed her. Eating was okay, but my pancakes seemed a bit gummy and old. I thought they would make pancakes with each order fresh, but I guess my was from the beginning of the morning. fit them at this place and meet them mcdonalds. thanks for reading and stay blessed.

Double checked online before making the drive. We just got off a plane having traveled over 30 hours with small kids! Absolutely furious that the 24 hours was even confirmed “4 days ago” by the restaurant.Sign on the door says hours “open 6am to 9:30pm”.I’ll never come back here even when they are open. DO NOT ADVERTISE your business as being open when it is not.
