Arby's - Crystal Lake

The restaurant is clean, and the staff is impressive. Despite the author facing some serious accusations from a customer, they remained professional and did not waver. The service was excellent and friendly. The bark and cheddar dish is a classic and consistently fantastic. The wings had a nice kick, perfectly complemented by the ranch dressing. The menu is extensive, featuring many options, including a new wagyu burger that I'm excited to try. Don't forget to check for the 2 for $6 sandwiches—great value for a hearty meal!

This was the worst restaurant experience we've ever had. The service was truly terrible, worse than anywhere else we've been! Our server, Daniel, clearly doesn’t enjoy his job. He didn’t even greet us—only asked what we wanted. When I asked about the cheese, he mentioned it was on the dish, and I didn't want any. When I requested that he not include it, he reacted with annoyance and walked away! I've never encountered such a lack of professionalism. It feels like he doesn't care about the job at all, and the food has become inedible. What has happened to this place? It’s just not the same anymore!

I tried the Arby’s Wagyu burger, and I’d give it a 9 out of 10 for a fast food burger!

Needs work on the jamocha shake flavoring. Tasted more like ice cream than coffee. Will try it again at some point.

Not bad. Food is pretty good. Staff shortages seem to be an issue here. Also the drive through is in a bad spotZ I always feel like I have to yell over cars when I go there.
