Casey's - Crystal City

We ordered a pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks, they both obviously forgotten about, because they were hard and burnt!

The breakfast pizza and taco pizzas are delicious. I was hesitant to try gas station pizza but now I prefer Caseys over the other chain restaurants

As someone who is particular about food, I absolutely adore the pizza at Caseys.

I really enjoy the pizza at this restaurant, but they often run out of various sodas, ice creams, and other items.

I ordered a medium pizza with simple toppings. When I opened the box, the pizza appeared undercooked, soggy, and overly greasy. I had to put it in my own oven to finish baking it. When I called the restaurant to express my disappointment, the worker was initially unresponsive until I asked if he was still there. He then mentioned they could remake the pizza, but offered no apology. When I suggested speaking to a manager before proceeding, he quickly tried to end the conversation. I am dissatisfied with the lack of customer service and upset about the whole experience. This was unusual for me to leave a review, but I felt wronged, especially since I have had good food from this place before. Unless you are picking up your pizza in person, I do not recommend trying the Create Your Own Pizza option.
