40 minutes for coffee after ordering lunch and it was so quiet! Also Clean your kitchen it was filthy!!!!

Barista took 40min to make coffees today, and the place was quiet. Not only did he make a mistake in serving the wrong customer with the wrong coffee and mine was missing that whole time, he was unapologetic for it and said well it 's not my fault if someone accidentally drank yours He was a rude **** and said if I wanted another one its $3.30 My sister went to buy me another one because we just couldn 't be bothered arguing over a coffee after his customer intolerance, and the lady at the bar with him had the nerve to question her and say are you going to pay for that? Like we were scummy thieves. We had a table of 15 people which all had lunch and coffee we spent generously at this club and the staff members on at the bar I could 've thrown my shoe at. The manager however was lovely and clearly experience with customers, apologised for the inconvenience of service delay, but my God it wasn 't even about the order anymore the Harry Potter behind the bar was just so rude about the missing coffee, and clearly had to milk cows to make the coffees. 40min for 6 coffees, I could 've given birth quicker.

Meals are good portions, very tasty, we had seafood and without doubt best tasting calamari and oktopus?

A regular diner in the bistro and the steaks are great
