Food cold on delivery due to them placing cold drinks with hot food and also charged for items ordered that were not delivered. Had to place another order and pay again and same thing again happened. Contacted Deliveroo to be advised nothing they could do. Will never use Taco Bell again or Deliveroo.
Absolutely discusting food came cold was not as described, looked horrendous never ordering from this place again. Spoke with the restaurant the advisor just kept palming the blame on Uber eats for the food when they had nothing to do with the food prep and the fact it looked like it was a conconction of nachos, meat that looks like it has been regurgitated. I will never order from this place again. As for the assistant on the phone they were just useless and wouldn't even bother to send out another order in replacement! I could have made better myself and wish I had.
Today was my first experience ordering from Taco Bell. The food was delivered in good time. I ordered 2X Cravings Value Box. The crunch tacos were ok, not enough meat filling. The Quesadillas were good. The chips were hard as if they had been cooked a long time ago and left then reheated. The Churros with Dulce de Leche were very disappointing. They were also hard and like the chips they seemed to be have been left for hours then reheated. All in all, a waste of my money. My daughter and I didn't bother eating the chips.
So, I’ll get straight to the point. About 3 months ago, I picked up my first Tacobell order in their Croydon branch while on a day trip. Two bites in the taco, and a WIRE pierced the top of my mouth. Thankfully my friend was able to go to a nearby pharmacy and purchase a pair of tweezers while I waited outside (and trying not to swallow the wire!! . Eventually, my friend took the wire out but it was really painful and uncomfortable. I reached out to them in multiple ways as I wasn’t getting a response or an apology I filled out their website form and messaged them through Messenger. All I wanted at the time was my money back out of principle, as I had to throw away all the food as a result of this. Eventually the Croydon Manager emailed me a few emails later he offered me the option for a refund in store only while the lockdown was going on. I explained that I didn’t live locally but he refused to provide an alternative. This was the cherry on top of the cake of a horrendous experience. I wasted HOURS with their awful customer service to get back a tenner essentially they are so unprofessional that they even failed to do the minimum and process a refund. Please avoid this shop!!!
Don’t order for delivery from this place, it won’t arrive! Used Just Eat app, was looking forward to it after a very long day, all that followed was over 2 hours of watching a map for a delivery driver never finding my address and then repeated new delivery times. Never even had a refund for non delivery. Recommend to avoid.
