Pizza Napolitana - Croydon

This restaurant experience was a complete disaster! It was extremely terrible. We had to wait for two-and-a-half hours, the delivery person tried to sell us garbage on his website, the pizzas were dry, one was missing sauce, another had the wrong sauce topping, and one was missing a topping altogether. I will never use this restaurant again because the service was completely unacceptable and we were not offered any compensation for the terrible experience.

The owner arrived and apologized for the delayed delivery. He generously offered my order for free as a goodwill gesture. Everyone makes mistakes, and I appreciate his ownership and pride in his product by providing it free of charge. Deducting 1 star for the 2-hour delay, but overall, good service.

The restaurant itself is fantastic, although I was not impressed. However, I know that the owner is very skillful and knowledgeable. The quick service makes it worth checking out. This recommendation comes from the aap and is definitely worth the money.
