Nando's Croydon, Valley Park

The food was delicious, but our experience was negatively impacted by the slow food delivery service. Despite understanding that the restaurant was busy, we waited an excessive amount of time for our food to be brought out. Additionally, my friends' main dishes were delayed in being served. Our sides ended up arriving after we had already finished our main courses, which was disappointing.

Excellent service. Been going to Nando’s for years, however the service from Gabriella and Kayden today was amazing! 10/10 customer service!

We just loved it! The taste is unique and amazing. Was a great surprise. We loved the spicy you have! We order some starters (hummus, sweet pottato and mozarrela sticks) and all of them were unbelievable good. Then we order 2 burguers (don't remember the exact name) and were delicious as well. Staff were friendly and nice and the restaurant have a quite home feeling, fresh, happy and enjoyable. Just a great spot to eat, drink, work or having fun with family/friends. Thank you!

Really enjoyed my visit to this Nandos. Lunch time was quiet and my food came quickly. I love the location and there is always adequate parking. Try and avoid Friday Saturday evenings due to the weekend rush if you are looking for a calm and peaceful meal with family.

My boyfriend and I ordered online via deliveroo. I bit into a broken piece of yellow plastic in my halloumi and mushroom pitta! I was really disappointed as we order from here all the time. I tried to call the store to complain and there was no answer, despite being on hold for 10 minutes. It makes me question the overall hygiene of the store and if they have the correct health and safety measures in place. This is extremely dangerous! Someone could get seriously hurt. Clearly there needs to be better training provided for the members of staff.
