Khyber - Croydon

The high street in croydon has a series of restaurants that find Indian cuisine. imho Vael-n-dine and khyber stand by the others. bang opposite khyber is sangri, again an Indian restaurant. I was in all restaurants on high street during my long stay in croydon. if they are looking for Indian food, typically authentic Indian, is not better than khyber. infact, each restaurant has adapted to British taste buds by removing seasoned or powdered it down. however, khyber was very close to what I have back in new delhi the lamb preparation is good and very much taste as it does in india. duck samosa is good as a quick bite and so is the lamb boti shashlik for...read more

I have been a patron of Khyber Restaurant for many years, visiting on and off. My two most recent visits were extremely satisfying. The food was outstanding and the service was attentive without being overbearing. While the menu has undergone some changes since my last visit, all the dishes I tried were both interesting and delicious.

I have eaten on this place so often and get delivery it is absolutely first class what a precious stone. also the lovers of the selsdon royal tandoori, but this is by far the best very stylish restaurant beautiful eating

The food is absolutely delicious, the atmosphere is lovely, and the service is top-notch. I only visited once, but I will definitely be returning!
