Hallmark In Croydon

I met a friend here for lunch because it's halfway away for both of us. we did not know what to expect and were very pleasantly surprised. it is beautifully decorated, good parking, and eating was excellent for a very good price. we have decided that we will meet again in the future, as it is more beautiful than any other place in the opposite.

Wonderful afternoon tea for my sisters family hen do gathering. We had wonderful service and the afternoon tea was fabulous! Lots of sandwiches with lots of different fillings. Scones and a huge plate full of different cakes to try. The tea was topped up throughout and everyone had a lovely time. Great decor in the restaurant a nice atmosphere and again such fantastic service from our waiter and waitress. I have a milk allergy and they provided soya milk, a plate fill of sandwiches separately and a fruit salad as I couldn't have the cakes I was well looked after.

The hotel had closed its reservations for the open table on December 1st for Christmas, but even though we had made our booking before that date, they still accommodated us. Our table was originally reserved for 7, but they managed to extend it to 9. Unfortunately, the staff was rude and unapologetic, resulting in a very disappointing service experience.
