Croydon Steak House

We visited Croydon Steak House for New Year's Eve for the second time. It is a family-owned restaurant with a simple atmosphere. The food was fantastic and definitely worth it! The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a great dining experience.

My family and I frequently eat at this restaurant and have never been disappointed. The steaks are consistently delicious and cooked perfectly to our liking. The staff is always attentive and welcoming. If you're looking for a great steak, this is the place to visit.

I went here on Saturday and had a wonderful meal. The staff were very polite and the food was delicious. I would definitely come back here again. Thank you!

Go if you are very hungry. Huge portions of food. Tables very close together

Starter portions fairly small. Mushrooms were tasty but 'only ' 2 each!? The Chateau-Briand for two was very good but the sauces were tame and small in size as were the portions of sauteed potatoes. The chicken was fairly mundane. Overall the service was reasonably attentive but spoiled by having to ask for a coffee refill of a small cup which appeared frowned upon. Overall, a little old fashioned, unchanged in years perhaps. It could do with some updating and focus on improving value for money, such as increased portion sizes.
