Was disappointed in the service we received my grandson didn't get what we ordered for him two food items he didn't get

They where particularly friendly. Otherwise no surprises. It is consistent in what they deliver.

Most disgusting Chilis I have ever visited, and one the worst service experiences in general. It was dirty, there's no hand sanitizer, no one was wearing a mask properly, and everyone was being seating practically on top of each other. On top of that, we waited about 10 minutes before the hostess even appeared, were not given napkins, did not have drinks refilled, were not offered side options (we all were all just given fries and corn even though we could have picked) with our entrees, the food … – show

Food was not good tonight. Got the fajita and the cajun chicken pasta. Fajita not cooked fully and the pasta had WAY too much Tony's. Manager generously took them off the bill for us. Waitress was very sweet and apologized multiple times as well. 5 stars for the service.

*Update Sept 14, 2021* Placed a to go order and went in because I wanted to use the restroom and wanted to modify the order, and watched the employee pick up a molten cake container that was dropped on the wet floor, and put it with the rest of the order. I mentioned it and he really didn't seem to give a care. Disgusting. The container has direct contact with the food, and is also exposed to the outside with cutouts. Changed from 4 star to 1.
