Got the spicy Italian sausage sandwich and tortilla soup. Delicious, great time with friends. Friend was moaning about his chocolate shake, so got one to see if it was that good. Oh I was moaning too. Best shake I ever had.Food: 4/5

I first visited Tom's Place in 1957. Grandpa took me there and we got to fish Rock Creek in the afternoons. I got my first German Shepard there, (German Brown Trout). I was so excited, when I set the hook I launched my trout in the tree above me. It was a 10 inch-er. The Cafe was my favorite, the waitresses were fantastic in 1957-1962 and they still are today. I am 70 years old now and I take huge pleasure taking my wife there for lunch when we visit. To me, Tom's Place is what I dream Heaven to be..in the future. Good food, super wonderful people and a great place to catch trout.

I have been coming to Rock Creek since 1971 when I was 3 years old. Always stopped by Tom's for last minute supplies. This year I actually got to have a beer with my wife and my mom and dad. I love Tom's!
