Whataburger - Crossroads

Ordered a burger with meat, cheese, and mustard only through the drive-thru. Burger had everything instead. Took the burger inside with the receipt. They took the burger, with no apologies, and I waited 15 minutes for it to be remade. Took a quickglance and noticed little to no mustard. Asked for a side of mustard. Once home, realized there were residual onions andlettuce..meaning they made me wait 15 min to manually remove the veggies without having actually remade the burger. I could havedone that myself. Disappointing and unacceptable.

I?m leaving 5 stars, not for the restaurant itself, but for one of their employees. David was awesome! He is so polite and took care of an issue for us with a smile on his face. He made such an impression on me in the few short minutes that we interacted.Thank you David for your kindness! Keep it up!

The absolute worst run location in all of Texas. Ordered food thru grubhub and received stale cold fries cold burger and what was supposed to be sweet tea but was straight water. Ordered at 6 a.m. and received food at 8 smdh Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered online. Ordered for pick up/take out. Ordered three taquito with cheese meals PLUS an extra taquito with cheese all by its lonesome. Did not get the extra taquito with cheese in the bag. Ain't gonna drive all the way back just for that one thing. Bet that's EXACTLY what they're counting on. That was just plain mean. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast
