Ruth's Chris Steak House - Crossing

Hostess was disconnected and on her phone texting upon arrival. She then walked off without explanation while we were standing at reception. We were seated in the bar despite having a table reservation. Would have been nice knowing we were going to be seated in “overflow”. Waiter was uncertain of what he was doing; appeared to be new. Staff tried to clear table multiple times before we were finished. Not returning here.

We had a wonderful time. Seated in the tall ceiling dining room promptly. Our server Sarah was wonderful. I had the. Chilean Sea Bass. It was really delicious and good size. My husband had the prefixe menu. Steak house salad, 6 oz. Filet with shrimp. Creamed spinach, sweet potato casserole and I ordered garlic mashed. Cheese cake for dessert. One on the house for me on Mother's Day. Old Boston vibe. Love it.

Steak was overcooked and not sizzling Lobster was overcooked and had not taste, it was stuck to shell, my daughter meal was worse. The service was awful, no one came to chronicle us. Very inexperienced help. I've been a customer for about 20 years, I will not be back. NEVER AND I WILL PASS THIS ON TO MY ASSOCIATES PATRICK

Ruth Chris is Waaaaay better than STK. I highly enjoy my meals EVERYTIME I go to Ruth Chris! Great service (Israel he was amazing) beautiful ambiance, delicious food, on point drinks, just an all around great experience each time I visit. Thank you ?

The Ruth's Special of 6 oz steak w/ lobster tail, Cesar salad, creamy mash potatoes, creamed spinach, lobster Mac cheese, sweet potato casserole, blueberry mojito, steak shrimp. Whoa!!
