Dunkin' - Crossing

They always get my order wrong. Sometimes I think it's because of how loud the campus center gets but even when I order when it's silent,they still manage to get it wrong so I'm starting to think it's them. Repeating the order back and ensuring the correct order would be great

Horrible! I came here today at 5am right before work, i ordered two glazed donuts. While waiting in line i couldn't find my debit card. When i approached the window I kindly asked the employee if they accept apple pay due to the fact i misplaced my debit card. She proceed to tell me I have to go inside I explained to her I didn't have time to park and go inside. And she begins giving me an attitude letting me know i was wrong for asking to do apple pay. After a little back and fourth she finally lets me use apple pay. When i got to work i realized my donuts were STALE! as if she gave me the ones from last night they are 24 hours never coming back again.

Please tell me why there is a white employee dressed as a Pilgrim at your drive thru window today wishing folks a Happy Thanksgiving. I don't care what her intentions are. It's one thing to even celebrate this day BUT to dress as a Pilgrim... Not Ok! In case you need a reminder when said Pilgrims cane to America they wiped off a huge amount of the native population with disease. They colonized the land and it was the start of White Supremacy as we know it today. It is 2019, do better!

Needed a quick sandwich and also got a pumpkin latte. I'm hooked on them now. Location in a grocery store makes it flexible.

Every single time I get a sandwich it’s cold. I don’t mean undercooked, I mean actually cold to the touch. I have to give it back and ask them to cook it every time.
