The staff is very welcoming and the food is delicious. They go above and beyond to make sure their guests have a great experience.

Since the new owners took over, this place has really gone downhill. I strongly advise against staying here. When my two siblings and I arrived on Wednesday, we were shocked by the condition of our room. There were two single beds and a sofa bed, all of which were made but one had dirt and grass on the bedding. There were huge spiderwebs in every corner, hair in the sink, a dirty and unpleasant toilet, only half a roll of toilet paper for a three-day stay for three people, no soap, bugs everywhere, and the water smelled bad. The staff were rude and seemed like they didn't want us there. Due to COVID-19, we had to eat outside and fight off bugs and gnats. Instead, we chose to eat at Mac Daddy's and enjoyed our meals inside. We left our dirty towels outside our room with a note asking for more toilet paper at 7:00 a.m., only to find them still there at 4:00 p.m. The only enjoyable part of our trip was fishing. However, the bait was overpriced. I highly recommend finding accommodations elsewhere. My family has been coming to Santee for 40 years and always stayed at Hill's, but this experience was our last at this place.

Great food, all your fishing needs, excellent fishing guides and very nice campground

She charged 800 a month for a place that had no kitchen, no cabinets, mold, floor falling in. and if you were a day late paying rent she cuts off the cable and still charges every month for it and cuts off the power meth heads living in that campground, stuff always getting stolen . even though she's married she stayed the night with a good friend of ours and got pregnant him and tells her husband it's his kid. she's crazy
