The decor is beautiful, and it is the perfect place to take a drink after work or meet with friends to catch! the wee “on ****” is so funny! it is nice to be able to buy a “small casting” sometimes when I decide a little more than a small taste whether I like a wein or not! the personal is always super friendly. super clean and cute place! highly recommended to grab a globus in winter with friends or family! great experiences every time I am gone!

The village of cross plains is happy to have such a beautiful weinbar! the building, one of the originals in cp, has been completely renovated and is so cool. and the outside terrace is welcoming and beautiful. katy and family and friends make a great job with personal attention for each customer. Thank you for bringing this to cp!

I'm usually not a crying man, so I don't know what I'm doing in the selection. but the staff always helps me to find the best art of wein and are super helpful and friendly! more beautiful, updated space. must try!

My friends and I reserved a globus for our annual Christmas celebration. this was our first experience in 1909 and chose this place because it is right in front of my back door and wish that companies thrive in small cross plains. from the moment they enter, they feel invited. the people, decor, seating, lighting, terrace, globes, wine selection. all beckon them to be there and beckon they come another time.

The wine is good BUT although they advertise that masks are required the staff did not wear masks on the night I was in. When I inquired about this one staff person said she was fully vaccinated and did not feel the need towear a mask and the other staff person did not reply. They need to taketheir safety protocol down because they do not abide by it.
