Black Rocks Cafe - Cromford

This is an incredible place for hiking and climbing. There were professional climbers to observe, which added to the fun. While I'm not a professional mountaineer myself, I was able to climb quite high and enjoy my lunch with a great view. It was a very pleasant experience. Those climbers must be in excellent shape and have great balance to tackle those heights!

Once they reach the Sheep Weides summit after the climb from the high peak station, visitors can take a moment to appreciate the breathtaking views and immerse themselves in the rich history of the landscape. It's just a short walk to Black Rocks, where they can enjoy an even higher vantage point after tackling some steep ascents. Alternatively, they could choose to drive up and park in the Black Rocks pay-and-display parking garage, which is definitely worth it.

I had a wonderful experience! The hiking trails are well-maintained, and there are plenty of spots to take in a great view. It's a beautiful place for a family day outdoors, and it's conveniently located near Nottingham. I highly recommend visiting!

Had a nice visit to the black rocks. was not already 20 years! there are toilets, and a small business selling drinks and snacks now. beautiful forest trails and breathtaking view.

Great place to climb and let your leg muscles burn baby! Fantastic views. Car parking, toilets and good cup of tea. Good walks. Fresh air.
