Calaca Coffee - Crockett

Found about Calaca coffee from my coworker and decided to come check it out after a hike with my husband and our 2 dogs. This place is just the cutest as it's located outside with tables and art work on the walls (great for photo ops with the dogs . You can tell this place is a local small family business and I LOVE what they did do the place! It's not really a store front coffee shop but more like a nice made up trailer store front you order from. My husband got the Mexican Mocha and I got the caramelita with the horchata foam (A MUST GET FOAM! and they were both delicious! Also they have these delicious mochi baked goods that are so yummy and moist! A must try if you are in the area. Please note I believe they are only open on the weekends.

Little gem of a coffee spot! The Carmelita is my new fave drink. Everything has the latinx flare to it. Also, grab a mochi muffin, delightful texture and never too sweet.

I found this spot on Instagram when I first moved into the tri-valley...fast forward 6 months later, and they go VIRAL on TikTok! I was so worried it would be overly packed and overrated but nope. A true hidden gem. I'd never even heard of Crockett before finding this place. Calaca Coffee is a cute little mobile coffee trailer located in a beautifully painted, vibrant garden space. The owners are Latinos, bay area natives, and previous owners of La Vida Boba from Off The Grid in SF! There's a reason this place went viral. This space is so vibey, the staff is so grateful and friendly, coffee is tasty and their music choices are spot on (they post their Spotify playlist on their Instagram) Something to note: all of their drinks are iced and they do sell out usually before they're scheduled to close, keep up with them on Instagram if you're planning to make a trip out there. For drinks, we tried the cafe de olla cold brew and carmelita, both with vegan horchata cold foam. For pastries, we tried the pineapple empanada and concha cookie. Everything was perfect and not overly sweet. Would definitely come back and explore more of the city of Crockett!

I love this place !! I walk almost every day, and I like to go on a Saturday morning when they first open. Their drinks and pastries are delicious and the service is great. The guys are so nice to me . I am disabled and walk with a cane and their kindness to me is so appreciated !! Sharon M.

The cold brew it top notch but oh my gosh let's talk about the horchata foam. It was as such a unique topping and an awesome cinnamony delight in my coffee.
