Hardee's - Crewe

I ordered a number 1 combo, and the burger looked and tasted great—not squished like those you get at the fast-food chain with the clown. The staff was friendly, but I gave it 4 stars because the diet Dr. Pepper wasn’t good. It had too much syrup, and I also had to ask for ice since the soda machine's ice dispenser wasn’t working.

I was really disappointed during my visit on Wednesday, October 5th, at 5:07 PM. I sat there for quite a while without anyone coming to take my order. I could see two employees inside, but they didn't greet us or acknowledge our presence at all. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a Hardee's, and I’ve been to many in my 31 years.

The service is slow. The food is generally good, but they often forget to include some of the items you ordered.

Place was not very clean. Had to wipe our table off. Seats too. Tried iced tea. Half glass each..half sweet, half unsweetened. Tasted moldy. Ice machine was empty. Then she had to ask us what we were waiting for. My husband's mushroom burger was good .

We usually go through the drive thru.. the line usually is slow. Sometimes the greeter/window person is very friendly and other times not so much. Food is normally good and still warm.
