Buddha Beach Crete

The staff at the restaurant was friendly, but everything felt rushed. Our dish was forgotten, and it was frustrating to find out that the kitchen was closing at 10:45pm after we made a reservation for 10:30pm.

During our vacation in Crete, we made an evening reservation at this restaurant. The staff were fantastic and attentive, going above and beyond by offering small blankets to keep us warm in the chilly evening. They even arranged a taxi for us to safely return to our hotel.

I had a fantastic time at this restaurant. The food and service were outstanding, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hersonissou.

Our first dinner at Abaton was a bit disappointing. Food was fairly good, service friendly but the loud bumping disco music is totally unacceptable if you want to enjoy a nice dinner by the sea. According to the waitress the music is Buddha-philopsofy but here I totally disagree.
