Jack In The Box - Crestwood

Every time I visit this location, they seem to get my order wrong. Now I have to check every single item to ensure it's correct. Why can't you hire people who take their jobs seriously instead of treating it like a game?

The man working the drive-thru could have been a bit friendlier, but the food was hot and fresh. I always enjoy the classic regular tacos when my family and I are out running errands and need a quick meal!

We really enjoy Jack in the Box, but we make a point to avoid this particular location. We foolishly decided to give it another shot today, and it was a mistake. The staff has poor customer service, and they have closed early on multiple occasions, despite there being employees and their friends inside with children playing around. Additionally, the food is rather disappointing. If you're craving this chain, I suggest you try a different location and definitely get the tiny tacos!

After waiting patiently at the window for about eight minutes, I finally got my food, only to realize as I backed out that I hadn’t received my Dr Pepper. Seriously, who hands over the food before the drink in a drive-thru? And the worst was yet to come. When I got home, I discovered there was no buttermilk ranch for my tacos. Even though Sunday marks the start of the week, I can’t kick it off like this. Tomorrow, I'll just pretend this never happened. #buttermilkranchmatters

I was extremely disappointed. I ordered six tacos and onion rings in the drive-thru, but instead, I received a hamburger and French fries. They didn't even provide a receipt, so I didn't realize the mistake until I got home.
