Sunflower - Crested Butte

A special establishment run by kind, fabulous people. I feel as if I made new friends coming here. Their wine list is sensible, approachable, but quite elegant. The food was outstanding; fresh and all farm-raised. My expectations were exceeded in everyaspect and will be back ASAP

Good food, but over priced. Salads costing over $20 is a red flag, and so are the cocktails. Be prepared to pay $20 for a single cocktail, and a cocktail is as simple as a Moscow Mule. Old Fashioneds and mules should never cost the same and shouldnever cost $20 each.

Everything about my experience at the Sunflower was amazing. The food, service and atmosphere were perfection. I had not experienced a Tasting Menu before this and am still thinking about how wonderful it all was two days later! Vegetarian options: They offered fish, scallops and many other vegetables and soups. Dietary restrictions: We had GF and Vegetarian people in our party and they had plenty to choose from. Parking: Parking was not an issue.
