Despite our initial hesitance to dine at this restaurant because of some negative reviews, we decided to give it a try since we were staying at the resort where it was located. Although it was a bit pricey, we found that the service was excellent and the food was delicious. We had dinner one day and returned for drinks and the most delicious pretzel I've ever tasted the next. I recommend giving this place a chance. The staff handled the busy atmosphere well and we had a great time overall.

Staying at the elevation and stopped by for a drink on the patio. What amazing service!! We were greeted by a very friendly host. As we say and enjoyed the mountain side view we observed amazing customer service going above and beyond numerous times. A group near us with small children began to get restless, the host brought them a s'mores kit for the fire pit. Another group had their dog with them and their waitress brought the dog a bowl of water and the same amazing host brought dog treats to their dog and a couple others nearby. The atmosphere was so welcoming, the drinks were great and the music choices added to the afternoon.

We had drinks and dinner at this restaurant last night, sitting at the bar. The service was great, the cocktails were fantastic, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend trying the Carnitas. The prices were reasonable and in line with what you would expect for the area.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I ordered room service to be delivered to the hot tub, but the drinks took a long time to arrive and the ice had already melted by the time they got to me. Furthermore, one of the drinks was not prepared correctly. While these mistakes are minor and can be overlooked, the lack of assistance when I tried to contact the restaurant or front desk was unacceptable. Multiple attempts to reach them by phone were unsuccessful, and even my email was met with a bounced reply. What started as a small issue with my order quickly escalated into a negative review due to the poor service. Considering the prices at Crested Butte resort, I expected a much better experience.
