Rosati's Pizza - Crest Hill

We are very pleased with Rosati's in Joliet. We have ordered twice and had them deliver to Hollywood Casino Joliet and they were quicker than the one hour they quoted. Delivery person on both occasions were very polite and the food was hot! Even the FF werehot, which are usually lukewarm when they arrive. 5 stars Rosati's. You have gone above and beyond.

The family chose Rosati's to cater a birthday party for 50, and we were extremely pleased with the outcome. Everything was hot and ready right on schedule. They took extra care to ensure we received everything we ordered with no errors. The food tasted fantastic and was cooked to perfection. Needless to say, we will definitely be ordering from here again and again!

We were quite disappointed with our recent order. They completely forgot one of our pizzas; we ordered two, and although they did bring the missing one 30 minutes later at no charge, it was too late by then. We were also taken aback by the price of a large salad – $30! That seems excessively high. Lou Malnati's offers much better food at a much better price. It’s clear that this area needs more pizza options. We understand that Covid has affected prices, but we felt they were just too steep.

This place is a joke every time I visit. Jackie, who handles orders and payments at the front, clearly doesn't understand what customer service means. I placed an order over the phone, and when I arrived at the restaurant, she informed me that she had given my order to someone else. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, she proceeded to answer other calls and take orders from other customers, completely ignoring me. There was no communication about how this situation would be fixed. In fact, she even hid behind a wall to continue taking calls instead of assisting me or finding a solution. Eventually, one of the cooks came to help, but she wasn’t aware of the situation because Jackie hadn't informed anyone. She offered to remake my order, which I accepted, but honestly, I wish I had just asked for a refund instead. The food was cold and seemed very rushed. This location really needs improvement, especially someone who can properly keep track of orders, as Jackie clearly cannot.

Got off work early so I decided to get a sandwich and some pizza cheese sticks. I ordered a Italian Beef and the Cheese sticks and waited in my car. after about 15 minutes my order was done. I drove home and proceeded to dig in on my sandwich. When I tellyou this was the worst Italian Beef I've ever had, trust me. It didn't even taste like a Italian beef the only thing that tastedgood was the hot peppers they put on there. Oh and they gave me mozzarella sticks instead of cheese pizza sticks. I specificallyasked the guy at the counter if they served pizza sticks like at little ceasers and he said yes. Well it wasn't pizza sticks.But they were ok. They only gave me one sauce with all those cheese sticks. They need to work on their sandwiches. I wasn'tfeeling them ! Don't order a sandwich from a pizza joint.
