Panera Bread - Crescent Springs

I placed an online order for pickup and discovered a bug in my food.

I am not a fan of the way I am treated by the older lady with the short hair at this restaurant, especially in the mornings. It feels like she is staring at me and judging me, making me feel unwelcome. As a black customer, I am sensitive to these situations. She often mistakes me for a delivery person and doesn't treat me like a regular customer, despite my Sip Club account. This has happened multiple times. The service can be hit or miss, depending on who is working. The drive-thru service is decent, but I wish I could enjoy the same experience inside the restaurant as other customers.

Shout out to Kim in Panera, She always have a pleasant demeanor. Very clean eating establishment.

It certainly feels like a new location, or one that's recently received an modernisation. Food is presented well, but didn't taste as fresh (salad) as I'm used to.
