Employees are mostly very friendly. Kim is always great and professional and quick. I gave a 3 because there have been about 5-6 times in the last month that the drive thru has been closed for business due to some issue with registers or something. I have witnessed dozens upon dozens of cars come and go because it was down. Lost revenue big time! And business taken elsewhere like Burger King or other coffee shops. It would be nice to have dependable service for less inconvenience. Thank you This is a large fries?!?!
Had breakfast, used the self service kiosk. Put in a table tent . Food never came to the table. Finally another customer told us that our food was just sitting on the counter. They were not all that busy. Next time we will just have to go through the drive up I guess. Hopefully they will be able to get the food to us that way.
Nice McDonald's. Great. Good fries. Fast service. Order was wrong and Nick gave excellent customer service to ensure that we take care.
We stopped to get a quick breakfast, Nelson took our order, he was very friendly! It is not often that you experience this type of service in fast food.
