A restaurant where choices are very limited by breaking products to make pizzas, and more than 1 dessert à la carte. The boss forgot to specify these details during our call 1:00 before we arrived. The service does not respect the basics: no glass of wine with the bottle of rosé for the aperitif, no bread, no proposal of piquant oil on the arrival of pizzas that are fades and little garnished. At the same time, there were 13 people for a Saturday night. Not to mention that the boss is curious and heavy. Not recommended this season.

We took pizza to take away, these were excellent with quality products. We'll go back without hesitation.

Very nice discovery, I strongly recommend this very atypical place, nice reception, Zen frame and well decorated, everything is BIO? We discovered very good pizzas, the salads are top, an excellent rosé cider, even this is a bit away from Troyes, we have to go and support them.

On the highway from the North with Lyon for destination, make this mini detour (a few minutes and small km) from the big bitumen ribbon. You will enjoy organic pizza designed with products mainly from short and local circuits. An original concept for a very good address. A nice and friendly boss.
