Fratellis - Cremorne

Not a big place and popular so expect to wait for a table sometimes. The outside seating is on a pleasant off-road plaza. The service is prompt and there is a big range of pizzas. Unless your are exceedingly hungry one pizza is enough for two. in fact its a sharing sort of menu, so one salad and one pizza to feed two people. They have a range of beers but the wine is byo, there's a decent bottle shop about 90 seconds away.Great value, excellent pizza

Charlie, his brother and the staff provide excellent service and some of the best pizzas you will ever eat. They do not take bookings so be prepared to wait for a table on Friday & Saturday nights. They do take away and home delivery.

The food here is amazing and the crowds tell the story: even on a random weeknight at 6pm, most of the tables are already taken. I once raved about the tomato sauce of a marinara pasta dish once and the waitress unexpectedly presented me with a takeaway box of the heavenly red stuff - talk about great service!

We usually pop in here every month or so on movie nights.... and have done so for a few years. Whilst we have occasionally had one of the wonderful pizzas we tend to stick with our favorite - spaghetti marina. It is consistently wonderful with a great supply of mussels, prawns & calamari. Whether it's midweek or weekend it's always in demand - there is limited space here so you need to be comfortable being up close with strangers!We'll continue to come!

We ordered 3 pizzas and 1 pasta for delivery and were told it would be delivered within the hour. After waiting 1 and a half hours and no delivery I phoned the restaurant to enquire and was told delivery was imminent. Waited another 10 minutes and still no delivery. Called again and told that they did not know when our order had left the restaurant, but it had left so should not be long. Whilst on this call the delivery did arrive, however our drinks we'd ordered were wrong so the delivery person returned to the restaurant to collect the correct drinks. I then received a call from the restaurant apologising for the inconvenience with the promise of a full refund for tonight's order. The refund was something they offered, not something I requested. Some 5 minutes later they called back to say that as I had paid by credit card, they would need my credit card details so could I call them back in an hour to provide these. I did call back only to have them say the credit card refund could not be done over the phone, would I like a credit for our next purchase to the vale of $77?. As we had no intention of frequenting their restaurant again I said I would be in tomorrow with my credit card to obtain the refund. To which she said would be fine. Some 10 minutes later I receive yet another call from the restaurant advising that they had not realised we'd actually ordered so much food so they would not be refunding us any money, however, we could receive 1 free pizza with our next order. This customer service is appalling. We order from this restaurant most weeks and how they chose to deal with this is really sub-par. Tonight they not only lost our family as a customer but others as well. I will definitely be sharing my poor experience with everyone I speak to.
