Brick Oven Pizza - Creedmoor

Three groups arrived after us and received service before we did, which was incredibly frustrating. Eventually, I approached one of the waitresses to ask why we were being neglected while others were being served, and she casually replied that those tables were assigned to her, while ours were hers. This lack of accountability shocked me. She didn’t even bother to check with her colleague—just left us sitting there. We ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes without any service before deciding to leave. I genuinely love the food at Brick Oven, but after the slow service last week, I was already considering not returning. This experience has definitely confirmed that decision for us. It’s unfortunate, as I’ve been praising your food and the new menu, but I can no longer do that. I sincerely hope you address these issues and consider hiring more staff.

A taste of Buffalo has arrived in Creedmoor, North Carolina! This place serves authentic buffalo wings and the best white pizza in the state. Definitely worth a visit!

Disappointingly, we were ignored and told that those diners had their tables while we had ours. There was no accountability or effort made to assist us. Frustrated, we decided to leave without ever being served. I used to love dining there, but after this experience, I have serious reservations about returning. I've always praised their food and enjoyed their new menu items, but that won't be the case anymore. I truly hope they address these service issues and consider hiring more staff.
