Absolutely shocking! Service is terrible couldn’t even smile or talk to us, food was poor and cold, didn’t even come check to see if food was okay. We are regulars here but the last 2 times the food has been awful, we gave it the benefit of the doubt as they said they have new chefs. The curry is flavourless and very salty/oily,starters were cold and the naan had no flavour at all. It’s such as shame as this used to be a go to for amazing food but unfortunately both the service and quality of food has gone downhill.

My family of four dined at this restaurant. The service was friendly but not very attentive. Despite the menu stating they serve Balti, it was not available that day. We ordered lamb but received chicken instead. While they have a good variety of dishes, many were unavailable. However, all the food arrived promptly and was delicious.

We ordered takeout tonight. The website promised our order would be ready for collection in 30 minutes. However, upon arrival, our order was not ready and we had to wait an additional 30 minutes inside the restaurant. The staff member who finally gave us our order was rude and did not apologize for the delay, simply stating "you have to wait." A simple apology for the late service would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, we will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Bollywood Kitchen offered an amazing culinary experience. The food was a true highlight, with flavors that danced on the palate. While the service was decent, it didn't quite match the excellence of the cuisine. However, the bar staff were a standout, providing not just drinks but an entertaining experience. On a side note, it's a shame Arsenal drew against Chelsea.

Visited very recently. Appears that staff inc chef has changed. Use to enjoy food there. This time food was tasteless Ordered Daal makhani. Horrible taste. Full of sugar and tasteless Had to send it back Also had Jeera chicken wings. Taste less
