Papa John's - Crawley

Just placed an order for delivery, paid for it and have been called to be told that they have no drivers and cannot deliver the food and i have no choice but to collect it which im unable to do. that was the only £20 we had for a takeaway and we now wont see the money for a week. How does a franchise like papa johns have no drivers, all whilst your website is still more than happy to essentially steal our money whilst unable to provide the service. Absolutely diabolical service, this will be taken further.

Didn’t appreciate being told how and where I should spend my money. I just ordered off the first place that came up. No way to speak to a paying customer.

It come very late and it’s stone cold not impressed spent £60 and come cold

Got told order was ready at 18:18, went to go collect and had to wait a further 40 minutes to actually receive the food when it was sat ready the whole time. Told them I ordered through just eat multiple times and told them my name multiple times but they were convinced it was at a different store.

Ordered a small pizza as a treat for the kids. Ordered online, using one of their offered, reasonable price for the size of the pizza. Food was cooked quickly and was hot when collected. Pizza was tasty, with good amount of toppings, however there was a lot of salt overall in the pizza, so definitely not going to be a regular thing.
